Small capacity rotary tablet press
I.Introduction:
This machine is designed for pressing round tablets from various kinds of granular materials. It is
primary machine to fit batch production of tablets. The turret carries 19sets or 33sets of punches and dies , so 19/17 or 66 tablets will be press for each rivolution of the turret . During opetation, the speed of the turret rotation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adiusted
The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage. A powder
suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder during the operation, so that the blockage by
the residual powder can be eliminated and the collected power material can be reused.
